(1)拟参加本项目的潜在供应商应提供建筑工程施工总承包三级（含三级）以上资质、应具备安全生产许可证，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有承担本标段施工的能力。
(2)拟参加本项目的潜在供应商拟派的项目管理机构应具备：一、1名项目经理具备建筑工程专业二级以上（含二级） 注册建造师执业资格和安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建设工程项目的项目经理。二、1名技术负责人具备建筑工程相关专业中级以上（含中级）职称证。三、1名建筑施工员（工长）具备岗位证书。四、1名建筑质量员 （质检员）具备岗位证书。五、1名安全员具备安全生产考核合格证书。注：在编制响应采购文件时须提供以上人员的相关证件扫描件，项目经理还须提供近3个月（2022年06月至2022年08月）企业为其缴纳的养老保险的证明，国家规定的6类人员除外。
(3)上传具备有效的安全生产许可证及资质证书，且在有效期内。
(4)供应商须提供其针对本项目的无拖欠农民工工资及工程款承诺书：供应商须上传其针对本项目无拖欠农民工工资及工程款承诺书。
